How early should we book?

For weekends and high season we recommend two to three months before departure. On weekdays outside the season a few weeks is usually enough.

Can the coach pick us up in several places?

Yes. Multiple pick-up points are common, for example two schools or a hotel and an airport. Give us the addresses when you ask for a price.

Do the coaches have seat belts?

All our coaches have a belt on every seat, and we follow the rules on driving and rest times.

From the first idea to the bus pulling up: a simple checklist for groups travelling together.

It all starts with how many people are travelling. The size of the group decides which coach fits, and it drives much of the price. Eighteen people and fifty-eight people are very different answers.

Start by counting

Number of travellers, including leaders and accompanying adults
Luggage – are you bringing skis, instruments or equipment?
Pick-up and drop-off points, ideally an address a coach can actually reach
Pick-up time and expected return

Popular weekends fill up long before departure, especially in May and December. A no-obligation estimate takes a minute and gives you a number to plan around.

Think through the stops

A break every couple of hours is a good rule of thumb. Tell us in advance if you want a particular stop – it is easier to build into the route than to find on the way.
